If we were to list all the work done by CFNA Inc. and its associates during the past several decades, you would grow bored. The following, as a result, is a brief list of projects. If you don't see here a task you need completed, ask us. It's likely we have done it!
- Worked with a home inspection company
that is recognized across North America as one of the leaders in the industry. We have ghost
written and/or edited numerous articles bearing his name that have appeared
nationwide in industry journals, as well as consumer publications and daily
newspapers. We assisted him in authoring a bi-monthly column for a
major metropolitan daily newspaper.
- Compiled, heavily edited, designed, printed, priced, publicized, and marketed the Leo K. Bustad book: Compassion -- Our Last Great Hope. Sold more copies of the book than a well-known publishing house advised us to attempt. They recommended a run of no more than 2,000. All 5,000 have been sold.
- Developed and implemented a successful publicity and marketing program for a nationwide series of two-day workshops. Sponsored by an international association, these workshops were held in every major market in the United States. Work involved producing marketing collateral pieces, media relations, speaker coordination and orchestrating efforts of volunteer assistants in each market.
- Caused positive changes in a client organization as a result of recommendations. We had designed and implemented primary and secondary research tasks during Phase One of the client's PR plan. Organization structural issues were uncovered that were not anticipated. Following tabulation and verification, our conclusions served as the stimuli for subsequent much-needed changes that previously had been unable to be achieved.
- Provided near-daily email consulting services successfully to a Canadian start-up software company for more than six months. In addition, we worked with that firm on the remodeling of their home page, revises to interior pages, preparation of news release and auto-responder marketing copy. Client has signaled his praise many times. He has said he considers us "largely responsible" for the growth of his firm. As a result of our assistance, we are currently negotiating more work: the development of a media relations program.
- Achieved client's goals when we implemented a media tour for a British author and "veterinarian to the stars" within the United States. We arranged limousine travel and hotel bookings for the multi-city print and electronic media mix of interviews. While traveling with the author, we provided counsel on ways to improve each interview and other media training tips.
- Our initiative and commitment to the success of a client's North American sales has resulted in his company now having a multi-page web site, with online ordering, despite his budgetary limitations. We began with the client's one paragraph web listing. We have improved it in stages. All site planning, copywriting, graphics were done by us. Due to a special win-win agreement we effected with his firm, work is now underway on another site upgrade. Sales, already occurring through the site, are expected to increase when we complete the new section, which is designed to stimulate more traffic through provision of valuable non-product sales content.
- Have met all deadlines and client attendance goals during the handling
of more than 22 national conferences. Our work has included: hotel arrangements; pre- and post-event publicity; photo shoots; banquet oversight; conceptualization, design and printing of all conference-related materials; signage; arranging and manning Press Rooms; working with VIP's; special events and more. Because of our skills and letters of recommendations, we were called upon by the Washington State Small Business Development Center to assist in an emergency. In six-weeks time, we were able to achieve their goals for this Dept. of Energy conference.
Our past and present clients include: Embassy Suites Hotel-Boca Raton; Culinaire of Florida; the
Jupiter Crab Company restaurant/Palm Beach Shores; the Palm Beach Shores
Resort; the Sheraton of Boca Raton; Boca Raton Realty; Federal
Building Inspections; Hill's Pet Products, maker's of Science Diet (a subsidiary of Colgate Palmolive); Delta Society, a national association;
NuChem, a three-state agronomics firm; Family Safety Solutions, LLC, a North American identification systems firm; Port of
Whitman County; Vonhof CPA Firm; Wittkopf Landscape Supplies;
Legacy, international pet behavior/training firm; Washington state Department of Community Development; Quantum
Technologies, international firm specializing in remote
databack-up; Project Learning Tree; Metriguard, national engineering firm; Precision Data Laboratories; WSU Cooperative Extension; Washington State Small Business Development Center in conjunction with the Department of Energy; People-Pet Partnership; Flour Girls -- milling company; University Printing; Concurrent Sciences -- embedded software; American Animal Hospital Association; Purina and many, many others.
